Loosing weight to attain a healthy weight should be high on the priority list.

This will cause health problems in the long run.
While deciding a diet keep these points in mind:
• Limit the fat and oil intake to 5 to 8 teaspoons per day
• Consume only six ounces or less of fish, lean meat, or skinless poultry
• Never eat more than three or four egg yolks in a week
• Try to increase the amount of fruits and vegetables you eat
• Drink lots of water
